Okay guys! Summer is coming and I’ve gotten the okay to workout now that it’s been past 6 weeks since Aniston was born! It’s time for me stop making excuses and start working out again. I’m the biggest sweets person you’ll ever meet.. Just to give you an idea, on Sunday Trev’s mom made cookies and I brought cookies to our kids that we teach at church, all together I had 5 cookies and that was me holding back (and maybe some ice cream). I’m the worst. And I’m breastfeeding so I’m even more the worst!! I like working out because it helps me eat healthier. When I work out daily subconsciously I thinking about my health more and I’m a bit better at restraining from going over board with the treats. I was at target last night and the chunky monkey ice cream was looking dang good but I didn’t do it! It really is so important to take care of your body and so much of that is what you eat! Working out just 15 minutes a day gives me more energy.

I’m starting back at the BBG workouts which I’m really excited about.  I started when I was 7 months pregnant and lasted a few weeks but I was just getting so big that with the baby bump it was too much. I’m excited to start it back up and feel healthy again.
