I’ve been getting so many fitness requests! I promise I’ll do better at sharing more fitness and health tips!! Below is a super quick video of a wall workout I like to begin with on my leg days.  You can start with 3 reps of 15 // holding the wall sits for 15 sec and build from there as you get stronger.

(Trev was making me laugh so much during this, I was trying so hard the whole time not to laugh!!)
