If you’ve done any jean shopping recently, you know we are seeing more and more high-waisted, vintage denim cuts. Some are having a hard time jumping on the “mom jean” trend, but here is what I love about it.
- High waisted jeans accentuate flattering, natural curves. They highlight the waist, the slimmest point of your figure, and they bring you in if you have some tummy you want to tuck in.
- They pair oh-so-well with crop tops and knotted tees, which are fun trends to play around with right now.
- If you style them correctly, they can lengthen your legs, especially in a wider cut than the more common skinny jeans we tend to gravitate toward these days.
In other words, these styles celebrate female figures of every shape and size. Who needs more of a reason to get on board?
